ProSource of Roanoke does not contract out or provide direct installation services. However, we do make available a list of professional installers in the area to handle every type of flooring installation.

Because each installer works as an independent contractor, the ProSource Member is responsible for the quality of craftsmanship or guarantee. The individual installers can inform you and your clients of their specific workmanship guarantees.

Can I trust the installers ProSource refers?

Professional installers posted on our list have to recommended by our existing members and/or their clients. In addition, letters of recommendations are required by other customers out-side of ProSource to confirm their expertise and professionalism.

Can I get my own installer to install the material?

Yes, members/clients are not required to contract with our list of professionals.

What do installers charge to install material?

Installers are independent contractors. Thereby, prices may vary based on experience and or the product being installed.

Why do I need to order more material than I think I do?

A 5-10% additional material may be needed in order to cover for pattern matches or potential flaws in material.

Can I install the material myself?

Yes, However, it is imperative that the installation meet the manufacturers installation requirements or the company will not honor their warranty.
