Does ProSource of Roanoke sell to the retail public?
No! Individuals that purchase from ProSource of Roanoke can do so only through a ProSource member, no exceptions.

Can I use my account at any ProSource?
Yes! Member client's are invited into 160 showrooms across America, Canada and Australia. For example, a client living in any of our locations is invited to shop for product, place orders in Roanoke, and ship the material to the client location at no additional cost.
What are Private Brands?
ProSource offers a full range of Private Brands, which make up the ProSource Private Collection. This gives ProSource Members a special advantage. You don't have to worry that a client will see the same product at another floor covering resource for less.
ProSource Private Brands (Duraweave, Somerset House, DuraPoint, and exclusive styles from Bigelow and Lees) are produced by a group of leading carpet manufacturers and cover all major categories of residential and commercial carpet. They carry the same high quality, durability and serviceability you expect from a nationally known name brand.
Does ProSource provide sample check-out?
Yes. ProSource provides sample checkout. Each Deckboards, cut samples, and architectural folders are available for use by our Members. Do Members need to be present with every client recommended to ProSource?
No. As an added membership benefit, members do not have to accompany their client on every visit. Member clients can only enter under our members invitation through a referral card, and or member business card.
Does ProSource provide lines of credit?
Pro Trade Credit Financing offers 60 days no interest. Citi Financial Personal (available to our members and clients) How does pricing work?
Because of our nationwide purchasing power and exclusive brands our pricing is equal to none. The prices displayed are "suggested market prices", your cost - and profit - remain confidential. We will be happy to tell you all the details when you visit your Showroom.
How does ordering and delivery of product work?
It's simple. After you've made your selection, provided a 50% deposit our staff will place your order. Normally, we'll have your order ready in 5 to 7 working days.
